1. Getting Started

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your details, including your email and a password, and click "Submit". You will receive a verification email—follow the instructions to complete your registration.

How do I book a chef?

Browse through our list of chefs using the search bar or explore categories based on cuisine, dietary needs, and location. When you find a chef you like, click "Book Now" on their profile, choose your preferred date and time, and complete the booking form.

2. Managing Your Bookings

How do I view my bookings?

Log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings" from the menu. Here, you can see all your upcoming, past, and pending bookings.

How can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Go to "My Bookings" and select the booking you want to modify. Click "Reschedule" or "Cancel" and follow the prompts. Please note that cancellation or rescheduling policies may vary based on the chef's terms.

What if the chef cancels my booking?

If a chef cancels your booking, you will be notified via email. You can choose to book a different chef or request a refund. For more assistance, contact our support team.

3. Payments & Refunds

How do I make a payment?

After selecting a chef and confirming the booking details, you will be directed to our secure payment page. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

When will I be charged?

Payments are processed at the time of booking to secure your reservation with the chef.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy. If you qualify for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. For more details, see our Refund Policy page.

 

 4. Chef Profiles & Reviews

How do I find the right chef for my needs?

Use the search filters to refine your options by cuisine type, dietary requirements, experience level, or user ratings. Each chef’s profile includes information about their specialties, background, and reviews from other customers.

Can I read reviews from other customers?

Yes, each chef profile displays reviews and ratings from customers who have previously booked their services. We encourage you to read through them to find the best match for your needs.

How do I leave a review for a chef?

After your booking has been completed, you will receive an email prompting you to leave a review. Alternatively, you can log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," select the completed booking, and click "Leave a Review."

 

5. Account Settings & Support

How do I update my account information?

To update your account details, log in and navigate to "Account Settings." Here, you can change your email address, password, and other personal information.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, and enter your registered email address. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I contact customer support?
